BUILT-IN ABRASIVE INLET

All Superior dust collectors have a built in abrasive inlet with heavy duty impact plate. This forces the dust particles down into the hopper and only fine dust is able to be drawn onto the cartridges. This reduces dust loading, making filters last longer, and there is no need for expensive add on equipment.

HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION

Every Superior dust collector is made from a combination of 7, 10 and 12 gauge material. Every unit is powder coated for maximum durability inside and out.

WHY VERTICAL FILTERS?

Vertical filters are far more effective than horizontal filters for two reasons. Dust does not stack up on vertical surfaces. The filters are more easily cleaned in a vertical state, thus longer lasting.

APPLICATIONS

Dust Collector Solutions

Dust collectors can be used in a considerable amount of different applications because dust is so pervasive. Many times it is the finished aspect of manufacturing such as sanding, polishing, and buffing that can create very fine particles of dust. These particles are not only harmful when inhaled, but can also irritate the eyes, nose, and throat. Superior Air Products dust collecting solutions keep fine particles under control and away from the worker at all times. In addition to the health benefits of using a dust collector, your workshop will see massive improvements in cleanliness.
